Our Response

Upon further investigation, and through reading the PDF application form that came attached with the email, it was revealed that this is really an elaborate scam. Essentially the company makes a subscription / membership charge of 995.00 euro's per year, which is part of the contract that you sign up to when you send back the form. The email and indeed the application gives the impression that this is a free service but the Terms and Conditions and the fine print on the application state the fee's payable.

Scams like this really upon the disconnect between the accounts / purchasing department and the person signing off on the application. The applicant is lead to believe the service is free, but then they are later invoiced for the fee's, all along the way the scammers rely upon the clever use of wording, for example in the above email it states that Updating is free of charge, however Insetiion is not.

If your involved in business then this is one to keep an eye for.

Thanks for your letter Barry.

Immigration

The Editor

Derby Telegraph

Sir,

Roy Wheatley asks what is the purpose of large scale immigration when we have so many people out of work (30 May).

The answer is quite simple. It was a deliberate government policy to “undermine national homogeneity”. It used to be the duty of government to protect the native population from invasion and colonisation. Now they have stood that duty on its head.

Andrew Neather revealed that New Labour boosted Third World immigration with the deliberate intent of causing irreversible demographic change – in short the government was electing a new people which, it calculated, would be more likely to vote Labour.

Peter Sutherland, former EU Commissioner, former head of the World Trade Organisation, former Chairman of BP, member of the shadowy Bilderberg group and Goldman Sachs multi millionaire, told the House of Lords in June last year that the EU should do its best to undermine the homogeneity of native populations .

He criticised the very modest restriction imposed by the present government, saying it had no basis in international law. He also called on EU governments to reverse policies favouring “highly skilled” immigrants.

As the contents of our jails show, the advent of multiculturalism has not been an unmixed blessing. What on earth can be the point of importing unskilled people to a country experiencing high unemployment, if not simply to force down wages? That may well suit Goldman Sachs. Add to this a highly attractive system of welfare payments, much more generous than in the Eastern member states of the EU and we can expect many more coming to live off us as well. They will have a right to do so, as long as we remain in the EU . This government favours staying in the EU and Turkish EU membership. This will bring an inevitable consequent huge influx from that highly populated, fecund country.

At the beginning of its time in office, the Blair government commissioned a study on British identity by the Runnymede Trust. Their report asserted that the terms “British” and “English” were so laden with racist overtones that they should be avoided wherever possible. They even considered the possibility of giving our country an entirely new name but did not make any recommendation.

So the native British people are wedged three ways - between the ideologues of the Left who really hate and despise us, the EU which wants to destroy our national identity and the massive vested interest of corporate capital which wants to use both of these forces to help the prosperity of Goldman Sachs and friends , making their investments more profitable by forcing down wages.

Yours faithfully,

Edward Spalton

Scotland Has No Desire To Be Independent

I was alerted to this post of Captain Ranty's by a regular reader. Sadly I agree with what he says.

Like Ranty I too have supported independence for many a year and I was a keen supporter of the SNP for much of that time, but I can no longer support a party which spins the story that ridding ourselves of Westminster rule will allow Scotland to make its own decisions.

If the SNP has its way, cutting the ties with the Westminster parliament will only be cutting out the middleman - much to the delight of the EU.

Currently we are governed mainly by the EU and Westminster and Holyrood are the obedient henchmen who happily inflict every EU directive upon us.  At times you have to dig deep to discover the source of what many consider are irrelevant or foolish political proposals, but dig deep enough and usually you'll find a connection with the EU.  The 'gay marriage' Bills, in both Westminster and Holyrood, are good examples.  The EU wants all European member states to legislate for gay marriage and Cameron and Salmond are happy to oblige.

All too regularly we're told Scots support the EU yet a poll I ran last year suggested otherwise.

Iceland continues to reject the EU, as it has done since 2009. That's why the current Icelandic government will not hold a referendum, because they know the answer will be NO.  Iceland has far fewer resources than Scotland yet the people realise that by handing over control of their country to the bureaucrats of the EU, they would lose their ability to govern themselves.

If Alex Salmond was serious about independence, he would have proposed an in/out referendum on the EU before he set the date for the independence referendum. Was he feart that the answer would be 'out'?  Perhaps.  Or maybe, like David Cameron, he thinks Scotland will be appeased by his proposal that an EU referendum will be held after the independence referendum, if the answer is Yes.

The Scottish government's document states 'We need to become more internationalist and more engaged in Europe'.  How can Scots become 'more internationalist'?  I can't think of any small country which is as internationalist as Scotland.  I've lived in Europe and elsewhere and as soon as I've mentioned I'm a Scot, I was warmly welcomed.

Presently we are 'engaged in Europe' up to our necks.  How do we become 'more engaged'?  By prostrating ourselves at the EU shrine and losing our identity?

I want Scotland to be like Norway or Switzerland; happy to be part of the European Friendship Club yet not close relatives.  Having a 'seat' in Europe seems to be the ultimate goal of many Scottish politicians.  That 'seat' possibly will be far hotter than they expect - and the burns far deeper. Only the people will pay the price.

Note:  I looked for 'scotland+images' in Google and the above graphic was one of the first to show.  How long before the St Andrew's flag disappears if we stay in the EU?

Editor's amendment:  I have changed the 'Scandinavian countries' to Norway and Switzerland as I realise I was implying every Scandinavian country was part of the EEA, which if course is not the case.

Keep up the good work

Dear Administrator,

I have, for many years always voted for UKIP, there is no one  else worthy of my vote. As far as I am concerned this awful business of being part of Europe goes back to 1944 and France has an awful lot to answer for.

The European Union does very little for the United Kingdom they are underhanded in everything they do and it is costing the UK a fortune. They try to scare us with losing trade if we come out, but that is not true, every country survives on imports and exports and they need our goods as much as we need theirs.

Your daily news letter keeps us up to date with articles that the general news will not tell us. Keep up the good work it is so important and I spread the word where ever I go.The British Public has to be informed and educated.

Yours faithfully

Geoffrey D Strong
